Leiden is a city and municipality in the Dutch province of South Holland. The city is known for its university - the oldest in the country, the birthplace of Rembrandt and for its beautiful, old city centre (the second biggest after Amsterdam). It is a friendly, small city which has a large population of students.
We have been using Natalie for a few years now for everything from a quick business trip within Canada to a more complex family European or island destination. Natalie is wonderful at giving options of flights and hotels and doing research on both. She goes out of her way to get information as well as ensure that all the little details are in place. She really understands and listens our needs and wants. We really love using her!
