With more than 17 years in the business as well as many miles of traveling experience, I welcome the opportunity to help you with your travel plans.I have experience arranging all types of travel but I specialize in Europe, The Cook Islands, Caribbean, Mexico, group travel and corporate travel.My favorite quote is "Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the number of moments that take your breath away." We have been using Natalie for a few years now for everything from a quick business trip within Canada to a more complex family European or island destination. Natalie is wonderful at giving options of flights and hotels and doing research on both. She goes out of her way to get information as well as ensure that all the little details are in place. She really understands and listens our needs and wants. We really love using her!
Natalie is nothing short of reliable, thorough and professional. Since 2009, she has organized my travels, assisting me in seeing over 15 countries. Most recently, she planned a Safari in Kenya and Tanzania for my Father and I. She is incredibly prompt with communications, and manages to anticipate my questions before I ask them. She's a wealth of knowledge, offering tips, tricks, do's and don'ts and ensures you have all prerequisites like vaccinations, VISAs, and all paperwork prior to departure. All things she diligently researches so that you can simply enjoy. My brother has used her to travel to Italy/Spain and most recently, a best friend for her destination wedding in 2019.
